Free-plan logo and removing it
Accounts that have never paid get a REVIRAL.AI logo on every video and picture they make. Buy any credit pack or monthly plan and the logo is gone: new files are clean, and files you made on the free plan are switched to clean copies automatically.

What you see on the free plan
- The logo: the REVIRAL.AI badge near the top-right corner of the frame, at 75% opacity, on videos and pictures alike.
- Everywhere the file appears: previews, share links and downloads all carry it. It covers project videos, editor exports, 4K upscales, thumbnails, pictures, image ads, depth videos and clips.
- A strip under each download button that reads "Free plan: your downloads carry the REVIRAL.AI logo" with a button Upgrade to remove logo, which opens Billing.
- A short wait after a render finishes: the page shows "Getting your video ready…" while the logo copy is made.
Who counts as free
"Free plan" here means "has never paid", not "has no plan right now". A real payment for any pack or plan counts. Welcome credits and other free credits do not. If your monthly plan ends later, your account stays a paid account. Paying once, for even the smallest pack, removes the logo for good.
Steps: remove the logo
- Press Upgrade to remove logo under any download button, or open Billing (/app/billing).
- Buy any pack or plan. The smallest is the Mini Pack: 400 credits for $4.99, and pack credits never expire. See Buy credits for card and ringgit steps.
- Make a new video or picture: it has no logo.
- Files you made on the free plan are switched to clean copies automatically in the background. Reload the page later to download the clean copy.
Verification
- The strip "Free plan: your downloads carry the REVIRAL.AI logo" no longer shows under download buttons.
- Billing → Credit history shows a "Credit pack" or "Monthly grant" row.
- A new download has no REVIRAL.AI badge in the top-right corner.
Add your own logo instead (brand watermark)
Your own logo is a separate setting from the free-plan logo.
- Open Settings (/app/settings) and find Brand watermark.
- Press Upload logo and pick a PNG, JPG or SVG under 2 MB. A WebP file also works.
- Tick Bake watermark into renders. The tick box appears after a logo is uploaded, and it applies to new renders only. Your logo is placed in the top-right corner of every render.
- To change or drop it, press Replace or Remove.
Troubleshooting
| You see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Getting your video ready…" | The final file is still being prepared. | Wait; the page refreshes by itself. |
| "We couldn't finish this video. Please contact support and we'll fix it." | The final file could not be prepared after several tries. | Message our support team from Support with the project link. |
| The logo is still on an old file after paying | The clean copy is still being made. | Reload later. If it stays, contact our support team. |
| "Logo must be under 2 MB." | Your brand logo file is too big. | Shrink the file below 2 MB and upload again. |
Trade-offs
- Free accounts can try every studio, but every file is marked. Paying once removes the mark, including from earlier free files.
- Brand watermark settings apply to new renders only, so videos made before you tick the box keep their old look.
FAQ
Why does my Reviral video have a logo?
Your account has not paid yet. Every video and picture from an account that has never paid carries the REVIRAL.AI logo.
How do I remove the REVIRAL.AI logo?
Buy any credit pack or monthly plan. Your account becomes a paid account, new files have no logo, and files you made on the free plan are switched to clean copies automatically.
Do welcome credits remove the logo?
No. Only a real payment for a pack or plan removes the logo; free welcome credits do not.
Can I add my own logo instead?
Yes. In Settings, under Brand watermark, upload your logo (PNG, JPG or SVG under 2 MB) and tick Bake watermark into renders. It applies to new renders only.
Is the logo only on downloads?
No. On the free plan the logo is on every copy of the file: previews, share links and downloads.
