Terms of Service

The rules in plain English.

Last updated: May 12, 2026

1. The deal

By signing up for Reviral you agree to these terms. You get access to the video-generation tools; we get permission to run your inputs through the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy, charge your plan via LemonSqueezy, and store the resulting videos against your account.

2. What you can use Reviral for

Reviral is a creator tool. You can use it to make videos for any lawful purpose — short-form content, ads, lyric videos, captioned uploads, whatever.

3. What you can't use Reviral for

You may not use Reviral to create or attempt to create:

  • Sexual content involving minors. Ever. Account terminated, reported to authorities.
  • Non-consensual sexual imagery, including non-consensual likenesses of real people.
  • Content that promotes terrorism, mass violence, or self-harm.
  • Targeted harassment or doxxing.
  • Disinformation campaigns (e.g. fake political-leader deepfakes intended to deceive at scale).
  • Content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, or right of publicity. Don't clone a celebrity's voice without permission, don't paste a copyrighted product page as an ad source.
  • Anything the providers we route through forbid in their own policies (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, fal, etc.) — those rules pass through to you.

We may remove violating content, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, and refer egregious cases to law enforcement.

4. Ownership

You own the prompts, scripts, voice samples, character images, and videos you upload. You own the rendered output videos. We claim a non-exclusive license to store and process those things only to operate the service.

If you use the YouTube publish feature, your video goes to your YouTube channel under your YouTube terms. Same for other publish integrations we add.

5. Voice cloning + character likenesses

You must have the rights to any voice or face you clone. Cloning your own voice / face is fine. Cloning someone else's without their permission is not, and we'll remove violating clones on report.

6. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy (our merchant of record). Plans grant a monthly credit budget that resets at the end of each cycle and does not roll over. Renders, regen calls, voice clones, and other AI operations consume credits at the rates shown in the app.

If a render fails, the credits debited for that render are refunded automatically.

You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't promise SLA-grade reliability. AI providers we depend on (fal, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) occasionally have outages and our service goes down with them. We'll communicate prolonged outages on the status page.

8. Liability

Reviral is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll email registered users at least 14 days in advance.
