Terms of Service

By signing up for or using Reviral you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Reviral is operated by Ecomm Smart Enterprise, based in Malaysia.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Reviral. The service is not intended for children.

If you use Reviral on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your login credentials secure, and understand that you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@reviral.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Reviral turns your prompts, scripts, images and other inputs into AI-generated videos. To do that we send parts of your input to the third-party AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy, generate the result, and store it against your account so you can download it.

AI output can be unpredictable. We don't guarantee any specific result, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You can use Reviral to create videos for any lawful purpose. You may not use it for the things set out in our Acceptable Use Policy — including deepfakes or voice clones of real people without their consent, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual or adult sexual content, harassment, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

The rules of the third-party AI providers we route through also pass through to you.

We may remove violating content, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, and report serious abuse to the authorities.

You own your inputs (prompts, scripts, images and voice samples) and you own the videos you generate with Reviral.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process those inputs and outputs only as needed to operate the service for you.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You must have the rights to any face or voice you upload or clone. Cloning your own face or voice is fine. Cloning someone else's without their permission is not, and we will remove it on report.

Paid plans are sold and processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record — it is the seller shown on your statement and it handles applicable taxes.

Plans grant a monthly budget of credits that resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. Generations, regenerations, voice clones and other AI operations consume credits at the rates shown in the app.

If a generation fails, the credits spent on it are refunded to your balance automatically.

You can cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the current paid period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our full refund and cancellation terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: a 30-day money-back window applies to your initial purchase if you have used less than 10% of your credits; completed generations and used credits are not refundable.

We aim for high uptime but do not promise SLA-grade reliability. Reviral depends on third-party AI providers, and when they have outages our service can go down with them.

Reviral is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecomm Smart Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Reviral and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law or by the providers we rely on.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will let registered users know by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Reviral after that means you accept the updated terms.
