Privacy Policy

When you sign up and use Reviral we collect:

• Account: your email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile picture.
• Content you generate: the prompts, scripts, article and product URLs, voice samples, character images and video URLs you submit, plus the rendered output videos.
• Usage telemetry: which features you use, how many generations you start, and errors you hit — used to debug and bill, not to profile you.
• Billing data: handled by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. We see your plan and subscription status, not your full card details.

• To run the product: send your inputs to the AI providers below, store the results against your account, and deliver them to you.
• To bill you: count the credits you use against your plan.
• To improve the product: read aggregated usage and fix bugs. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
• To contact you about your account: generation-failure notices, password resets and billing receipts. We don't send you marketing you didn't ask for.

To produce your videos and run your account, we share the data needed for each task with categories of trusted third-party providers:

• AI model providers — to generate scripts, transcribe audio, synthesise speech and voices, and create images and video from your inputs.
• Cloud hosting, database and storage providers — to run the app, store your account data and renders, and compose the final videos.
• Rate-limiting and queue infrastructure — to keep the service stable and reliable.
• A transactional email provider — to send account, billing and render notifications.
• Our payment provider — billing and checkout; it acts as the merchant of record.
• Publishing destinations you connect — only if you choose to, for example to upload a finished video to your own channel.

We choose reputable providers, require them to handle your data only to provide their service to us, and we do not sell or rent your data to advertisers.

We keep generated content for a limited time and then delete it. See our Data Retention Policy for the specifics — in short, generated videos and the inputs behind them are retained for 30 days. Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long as the law requires.

Wherever you are, you can:

• Access or export your data — email us and we'll send it.
• Correct or delete your information — most fields are editable in your settings; the rest by email.
• Withdraw consent and close your account at any time.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection). Email support@reviral.ai to exercise any of them.

We use only essential cookies — an authentication cookie so you stay signed in, and internal cookies needed for hosting and routing. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Reviral is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we delete it.

The providers above may process your data in the United States, the EU and other regions. Where required, those transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

If we make a material change to this policy we will email registered users at least 14 days before it takes effect.
