Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds, cancellations and credits work on Reviral. If anything here is unclear, email support@reviral.ai and we'll help.

1. The short version

Reviral is a subscription with credits. Subscriptions and used credits are generally non-refundable, with two exceptions: a 30-day money-back window on your initial purchase, and automatic credit refunds when a generation fails. The detail is below.

2. 30-day money-back

If you are unhappy with Reviral, you can request a refund of your initial purchase within 30 days, provided you have used less than 10% of the credits included in that purchase. This applies to your first payment, not to renewals.

3. Used credits and completed videos

Credits you have already spent, and videos that have finished generating, are not refundable — generating a video uses real computing power that we pay for the moment it runs. Unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle and have no cash value.

4. Failed or errored generations

If a generation fails, the credits spent on it are automatically returned to your balance — you are never charged for output you didn't receive. If you believe you were charged for a generation that errored on our side, email us and we will make it right.

5. Cancelling your plan

You can cancel any time from your billing settings — no need to email us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't pro-rate or refund partial periods.

6. EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because Reviral delivers digital content immediately, by starting to use the service or generating content you ask us to begin straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for content that has already been delivered. The 30-day money-back window above still applies.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@reviral.ai from the address on your account and tell us what happened. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned through our payment provider to your original payment method.
