How credits work
Credits are the one balance you spend on every video and picture in Reviral, across every studio and every model. Each Render or Generate button shows its credit price before you press it, so you always know the cost first.

The problem credits solve
AI video models cost very different amounts to run. A short, low-resolution clip from one model and a long, sharp clip from another can differ a lot in price. With a flat monthly fee, you would either pay for models you never use or hit a wall on the ones you want. Reviral uses one currency instead: you buy credits once, and every model, length and resolution draws from the same balance.
How it works
Buy credits ──► Credit balance ──► press Render · N cr ──► render runs
(pack or plan) (Billing) (price shown first) │
├─ ready → credits stay spent
└─ failed → credits come back (Render refund)- You get credits from a one-time pack, from a monthly plan, or as welcome credits some new accounts receive at sign-up. Check your balance after sign-up to see what you have.
- You see the price before you pay. Every studio button shows its cost, for example Render · N cr in UGC Ads or Generate · N credits in Cinema Studio. The number is the price for your account. It changes with the model, the length and the resolution.
- Credits leave your balance when the render starts. Credit history lists the charge as "Render".
- A failed render returns its credits automatically, up to the amount it charged. Credit history lists it as "Render refund". See Credits when a render fails.
When credits expire
| Where the credits came from | Expiry |
|---|---|
| One-time pack (Mini, Plus, Mega) | Never expire |
| Monthly plan (Starter, Pro, Ultra) | Refresh at the end of each billing cycle; Credit history shows "· expires <date>" on those rows |
Billing shows your Credit balance as "non-expired credits available", so expired plan credits are never counted.
What a credit is worth
Reviral states US-dollar figures at the Mini Pack rate: $4.99 for 400 credits, which is about 1.25 US cents per credit. Larger packs and plans cost less per credit; the full table is in Plans and packs compared.
Things that cost nothing
| Action | Cost |
|---|---|
| ✨ Write my ad — free in UGC Ads (the AI writes your storyboard) | free |
| Save as my avatar (free) (save an uploaded creator photo) | free |
| Download 1080p of a finished video | free |
| Joining Canvas clips into one video (stitch) | 0 credits |
| A render that fails | credits returned |
When you don't have enough credits
The studio shows "Not enough credits — this render needs N, you have M." with a Top up link to Billing. Nothing is charged. Buy a pack or plan, then press the button again.
If prices change while the page is open, you see "Prices were updated — refresh to see the new price". Refresh, check the new number, and press again.
Trade-offs
- No fixed price per video. Because each model costs a different amount, Reviral shows the price on the button instead of printing one number for "a video". The upside: you never pay a flat rate for a cheap model.
- Plan credits don't roll over. Monthly plan credits refresh each cycle, so unused plan credits do not carry forward. If you create in bursts, a pack (credits never expire) fits better.

FAQ
How many credits does a video use?
It depends on the model, the length and the resolution. The exact number shows on the Render or Generate button before you press it.
Do Reviral credits expire?
Credits from a one-time pack never expire. Credits from a monthly plan refresh at the end of each billing cycle, and Credit history shows the expiry date on those grants.
Do I need a different plan for each model?
No. One credit balance works across every available model and every studio.
What happens to my credits if a render fails?
They come back to your balance automatically, and Credit history shows a Render refund row.
How much is one credit in US dollars?
At the Mini Pack rate, $4.99 for 400 credits, one credit is about 1.25 US cents. Bigger packs and plans cost less per credit.
