Why size matters

Catch crops before they catch your ad

An image can look right in a design file and still lose its headline, offer, or product once a platform places buttons and labels over it. The checker separates two questions that are often mixed together: whether the image has the right shape, and whether it has enough pixels to stay sharp.

Select any result row to preview that placement. The preview uses the safe-zone values from the same size catalog as Reviral's image-ad workflow, so the checker and the ad creator use one consistent set of placement rules.

A failed result does not mean the image is unusable. A ratio failure means it needs a crop or a new layout. A dimension failure means the shape is right but the file is smaller than the recommended output. For a complete multi-size set, use the button above to open Image Ads.

Ad size checker questions

What does the ad size checker test?

It reads the image width, height, and aspect ratio, then compares them with the recommended pixel dimensions for common Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, landscape, and display-ad placements. A placement passes only when both its ratio and minimum dimensions match.

Does Reviral upload or store my image?

No. The ad size checker runs in your browser. Your image stays on your device and is used only to show the dimensions, placement results, and safe-zone preview on this page.

What is an ad safe zone?

A safe zone is the central area where important words, logos, prices, and products are less likely to be covered by profile labels, captions, buttons, or edge crops. The preview darkens the risk areas and outlines the safer area.
