Data Retention Policy

Generated videos, their project data, and the inputs you submit (prompts, scripts, images and voice samples) are retained for 30 days after they are created, across all plans. After that they become eligible for deletion so we can manage storage. Download anything you want to keep before then.

Your account details (email, display name, plan and subscription status) are kept while your account is open. Billing and transaction records are kept for as long as the law requires — for example, tax and accounting rules — even after you close your account.

A voice you clone is kept until you delete it or close your account, and a copy may also be stored with our voice provider. Character images you save are kept until you remove them.

You can delete most content yourself from inside Reviral. To delete your whole account and the data we hold, email support@reviral.ai and we will process it. Some records may be retained where the law requires.

Deleted data may persist for a short time in encrypted backups before it is overwritten on our normal backup cycle.
