Five portfolio formats with an example of each
Honest review: talk to the camera about one result. Testimonial: a calmer, story-led version for higher-priced products. Unboxing try-on: the package, the first touch, the item worn. Problem and solution: the annoyance first, the product fixes it. Product demo: first-person hands using the product, like the coffee maker clip.
Brands look for range: one face-to-camera clip, one hands-only clip and one with a clear hook in the first two seconds.
A real UGC script example
From the Coffee Maker demo: line 1, first-person in a retro kitchen: "I finally got my hands on this vintage-style espresso maker, and the aesthetic is just perfect." Line 2: the click of the portafilter and the pump hum. Line 3: a macro of the pour with crema. The script names the product's look in the first line and lets sound carry the middle.
In the UGC studio, the free storyboard writes lines like this for your product, and you rewrite them in your own voice before rendering.

What do app UGC script examples look like?+
Open on the problem the app solves, show one screen or one result, then say what it costs or that it is free to try. Keep each line under one breath; the UGC studio lets you edit every spoken line before rendering.
