0-4 s, before: 'I used to ...' with the problem on screen. 4-11 s, the change: the product in use and one specific result, a number or a detail. 11-15 s, the recommendation: 'If you ..., get this', with the product in hand.

The FTC's Endorsement Guides say endorsements must reflect the honest opinions, findings, beliefs or experience of the endorser. A presenter can be generated; the words and the experience must be real.
