Step by step
What happens to your credits when a video fails?
1. Before you press generate, the studio shows the exact price. That amount is charged when the video starts.
2. If the video fails, the refund is the full amount that video charged, read from your credit record, not an estimate.
3. If a video stops making progress, it is paused and tried again. Before a studio video is marked failed, we ask the render service whether it actually finished, so a finished video is saved instead of thrown away.
4. If a video was made but saving it to your library keeps failing, we keep trying for up to 24 hours while your credits stay on hold. If it still cannot be delivered, they come back.
5. Each failed video is refunded once, never twice. In rare cases, when the render service has not confirmed what happened, our team checks the video by hand before the refund goes through.
6. Pictures follow the same rule. When a picture job fails, its credits come back, minus any part that was already returned.
Honest limits
What is not refunded automatically?
A finished video you don't like. Credits pay for the work, and a delivered video is not refunded automatically. If you think a video errored on our side, email support@reviral.ai.
A new try. Pressing Retry on a failed video charges again, because the first charge was already returned.
Money back on your first purchase is a separate rule: within 30 days, if you used less than 10% of its credits. The refund policy page has the details.
