# Buy credits (card or ringgit)

> How to buy Reviral credits: pay by card in US dollars from Billing or Pricing, from $4.99 for 400 credits. Some accounts can also pay in ringgit. Steps.

You buy credits from **Billing** in the left menu or the [pricing page](https://reviral.ai/pricing): pick a pack or a plan and pay by card in US dollars. Some signed-in accounts also see a second button to pay in ringgit (RM); if yours does not show it, pay by card.

## Prerequisites

- A Reviral account, signed in. Signed-out visitors who press a buy button are sent to sign in first.
- A payment card, or (only if your account shows the ringgit button) a Touch 'n Go eWallet or a Visa/Mastercard for paying in RM.

## Steps: pay by card (US dollars)

1. Open **Billing**: press **Top up** under your balance in the sidebar, or go to /app/billing.
2. For a one-time pack, under **Buy credits** press **Buy** on Mini (400 credits, $4.99), Plus (2,200, $24.99) or Mega (6,000, $59.99).
3. Or, for a monthly plan, under **Monthly plans** press **Subscribe** on Starter ($19), Pro ($49) or Ultra ($99).

On the pricing page the same buttons read **Get Mini Pack** and **Choose Starter**.
4. The button reads "Opening checkout…" and the card checkout opens. Enter your card and pay.
5. When the payment finishes, open **Billing** to check your credits.

## Steps: pay in ringgit (RM), if your account shows it

The ringgit button shows only for signed-in accounts where it is switched on. The public pricing page reads "Pay by card." because signed-out visitors never see it.

1. In Billing or on the pricing page, look under the **Buy**, **Get**, **Subscribe** or **Choose** button for a second button that reads **Pay with** followed by payment logos and **RM**, with the line "Card declined? Try this second payment method.". Packs show Touch 'n Go eWallet; monthly plans show Visa and Mastercard.
2. Press it. A dialog shows **You pay today** with the RM amount and the US-dollar price ("· one-time" for a pack, "/ month" for a plan). Plans also show "Renews monthly at RM …".
3. Press **Continue** (it reads "Opening payment…" while loading), finish the payment in the window that opens, then come back to Billing. Press **Cancel** to close without paying.

Ringgit prices use Reviral's own USD/MYR rate and "may differ slightly from live exchange rates".

## Crypto

Crypto payment is not available yet. Pay by card, or in ringgit if your account shows that option.

## Verification

- Billing → **Credit balance** shows the new total ("non-expired credits available").
- Billing → **Credit history** shows a new row: "Credit pack" for a pack or "Monthly grant" for a plan.
- For a plan, **Current plan** shows its name, "Active" and "Renews on <date>".
- Your first payment also removes the REVIRAL.AI logo from your files. See [Free-plan logo](https://reviral.ai/docs/free-plan-logo).

## Troubleshooting

| "Please try again in a moment" | The card checkout could not open. | Wait a moment and press the button again. |
| "Payment cancelled — nothing was charged." | You closed the ringgit payment window. | Press the ringgit button again when ready. |
| "Could not open the payment window. Nothing was charged. Try again." | The ringgit window failed to open. | Try again, or pay by card. |
| "Too many tries. Wait a minute, then try again. Nothing was charged." | Several attempts in a short time. | Wait one minute, then retry. |
| "You already have a plan. Manage it from Billing." | You tried to start a second plan. | Change your current plan in Billing instead. |
| "You have a payment window open. Finish it or try again in a few minutes." | An earlier ringgit payment is still open. | Finish that window, or wait a few minutes. |
| Paid, but no credits in Billing | The payment may still be confirming. | Reload Billing. If the credits are still missing, message our support team from [Support](https://reviral.ai/app/support) with the time you paid. |

### Which payment methods does Reviral accept?

Every pack and plan can be paid by card in US dollars. Some signed-in accounts also see a second option to pay in ringgit (RM): Touch 'n Go eWallet for packs, or Visa or Mastercard for monthly plans.

### Can I pay with crypto?

Not yet. Today you can pay by card in US dollars, and some accounts can also pay in ringgit.

### How fast do the credits arrive?

After the payment goes through, the credits show in Billing under Credit balance and as a Credit pack or Monthly grant row in Credit history. If they are missing after you reload Billing, contact our support team.

### Why is the ringgit price slightly different from today's exchange rate?

Ringgit prices use Reviral's own USD/MYR conversion rate, so they can differ slightly from live exchange rates. The dialog shows the RM amount and the US-dollar price before you continue.
