# Invoices and credit history

> See every credit top-up, render and refund in Reviral Billing, download ringgit invoices as PDF and find card receipts. Your 20 latest moves, step by step.

Open **Billing** (/app/billing) to see every credit move and your ringgit (RM) invoices. **Credit history** lists your latest top-ups, renders and refunds; **Payments** lists ringgit payments with a **Download** button for the invoice PDF.

## Prerequisites

- A Reviral account, signed in.
- For a ringgit invoice: a paid ringgit payment. The **Payments** section shows when your account can pay in ringgit or already has a ringgit payment.

## Steps: see your credit history

1. Open **Billing**: press **Top up** in the sidebar, or go to /app/billing.
2. Scroll to **Credit history**. The header shows how many rows are listed ("N most recent"); Billing lists your 20 most recent credit moves.
3. Read each row: its name, date and time, and the amount (green with "+" when credits came in, red when they went out). Row names include:

| Row name | What it is |
|---|---|
| Monthly grant | credits from your monthly plan |
| Credit pack | credits from a one-time pack |
| Render | credits spent on a render |
| Render refund | credits returned after a failed render |
| Adjustment | a manual change to your balance made by Reviral |
| Signup bonus | welcome credits, if your account received them |

   A row can show its own description instead of these names. Rows for credits that expire also show "· expires <date>".

## Steps: download a ringgit (RM) invoice

1. Open **Billing** and scroll to **Payments**.
2. Find the payment. Each row shows the item, the date, the RM amount and a status: Paid, Pending, Failed or Refunded.
3. Press **Download** on a paid row. The invoice PDF downloads, and its invoice number shows next to the date.

## Steps: find a card (US-dollar) receipt

1. Check your email inbox for the payment receipt from the card checkout. Receipt emails are separate from marketing email and keep arriving even if you unsubscribe.
2. For a monthly card plan, open Billing and press **Manage billing** under **Current plan** to open your card plan's billing page.
3. Can't find a receipt? Message our support team from [Support](https://reviral.ai/app/support) with the payment date and amount.

## Verification

- The total under **Credit balance** matches what you expect after the latest rows.
- For totals over a time range, open **Stats** (/app/stats). Its **Credit flow** shows "Spent on renders", "Refunded", "Granted" and "Purchased".

## Troubleshooting

| You see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "No credit activity yet." | Your account has no credit moves yet. | Buy a pack or plan; the row appears after payment. |
| "No payments yet." | You have not paid in ringgit yet. | Card payments are not listed here; see the card receipt steps above. |
| No **Payments** section at all | Your account pays by card only. | Use the card receipt steps above. |
| A paid row with no **Download** | The invoice is not ready for download yet. | Message our support team from [Support](https://reviral.ai/app/support). |
| "Could not open subscription management. Try again." | Manage billing could not open. | Try again in a moment. |

## FAQ

### Where do I download a Reviral invoice?

For ringgit (RM) payments, open Billing and press Download next to the payment under Payments. For card payments, check your email for the receipt; monthly card plans can also open Manage billing in Billing.

### How many credit history rows does Billing show?

Billing shows your 20 most recent credit moves: grants, packs, renders, refunds and adjustments.

### Why does a Payments row have no Download button?

Download shows only for paid rows once the invoice is ready. Pending or failed payments have no invoice; ask our support team if a paid row has none.

### Can I see totals for spent and refunded credits?

Yes. The Stats page shows a Credit flow with credits spent on renders, refunded, granted and purchased.
